DriveIQ is not intended to encourage speeding, reckless driving, racing on public roads, dangerous maneuvers, or any unlawful activity.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Use
DriveIQ provides driving statistics, speed tracking, acceleration measurements, route information, leaderboards, rankings, vehicle-related insights, and other performance metrics based on available device sensors, location services, user input, and third-party data sources.
The information provided by DriveIQ is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be relied upon for navigation, vehicle operation, law enforcement compliance, racing decisions, driver training, emergency situations, or any safety-critical purpose.
GPS signals, motion sensors, mobile devices, and third-party services may be inaccurate, delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. DriveIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any speed, acceleration, distance, ranking, route, location, or performance data displayed in the app.
User Responsibility
As a user of DriveIQ, you are solely responsible for:
- Your driving behavior and decisions
- Compliance with traffic laws and regulations
- Safe operation of your vehicle
- Determining whether information displayed by the app is appropriate for your circumstances
- Any content, statistics, rankings, or profile information you choose to share
You acknowledge that driving conditions, vehicle performance, road conditions, weather, traffic, and other factors can affect the accuracy and relevance of information displayed by the app.
Leaderboard and Community Features
DriveIQ may include leaderboards, rankings, profile information, vehicle information, shared statistics, and other community features.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or reliability of information submitted by other users.

By using DriveIQ, you acknowledge and agree that Brilliant Apps Sweden AB, its employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, fines, penalties, property damage, vehicle damage, legal consequences, losses, claims, or other damages arising from:
- Use of the app
- Reliance on information provided by the app
- Driving decisionsVehicle operation

- Leaderboard participationUser-generated content
All information and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brilliant Apps Sweden AB disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DriveIQ.
Data and Device Responsibility
DriveIQ stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver its services.
Certain features require access to location services, motion sensors, notifications, camera functionality, photos, or other device capabilities. You may disable these permissions at any time, but doing so may limit app functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may compromise security and cause the app to function improperly.
Connectivity and Third-Party Services
Certain features of DriveIQ require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.Brilliant Apps Sweden AB is not responsible if the app is unavailable or does not function properly due to lack of connectivity, hardware limitations, operating system restrictions, GPS signal loss, or third-party service interruptions.You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred while using the app.

While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the reliability or availability of such services and accept no liability arising from their use.
Subscription and In-App Purchases
Certain features of DriveIQ may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Subscription renewals, cancellations, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through your App Store account settings.

Upon termination:
